Seroflo Rotacaps inhale medicine for asthma contans fluticasone propionate and Salmeterol Xinafoate. It serves as effective and useful medication that provides symptomatic assistance and prevents Chronic bronchitis, Asthma, and chronic disorders of pulmonary glands. This medicine is used for controlling and preventing the symptoms caused through asthma like shortness and wheezing of breath. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid as Salmeterol is a long acting beta antagonist.

How it works?

It encloses active ingredient Salbutamol in it, which have a relaxing result on the constricted bronchioles. It’s a short acting beta receptor agonist and use bronchodilator effects. It motivates the beta two receptors and relaxes the soft muscles of all airways from the trachea to the incurable bronchioles. Along through this, it also stops the invention of inflammatory cell mediators that causes constriction. It also boosts self clearing mechanism of the bronchi. These items help in relaxing the constricted bronchioles and assist the smooth breathing.

Important information about Medicine

You should avoid this drug if you are allergic to it or any of its constituents present in it. Avoid taking this medicine if are a patient of paradoxical breath problems or in your conceiving period.

Dosage information

What if you miss a dose?

In case of an overdose of Sitagliptin, you may suffer from harmful side effects. Seek medical emergency in this condition. Contact your doctor or obtain medical care if you experience following conditions: Back, muscle or joint pain, abdominal pain (severe or mild), nausea, headache, diarrhea, constipation, osteoarthritis, dizziness.

Things to be taken care of

Maintain the medicine in a close tight container and out of sight and reach of the kids. Avoid interactions with people who’ve infectious diseases like flu, measles & chicken pox. Keep a complete record of all the medicines you are taking along with this medicine. Don’t load the capsule until you are ready to take a dose. It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so be cautious while driving and avoid alcohol consumption.

Side Effects

Inform your doctor as soon as possible if you witness any of the following side effects-Palpitation, Restlessness, Ankle, Hypotension, Edema, Mild tremors, Urticaria, Nausea, Nose bleeding
