Dosage:
Siphene 50 mg contains, Clomiphene Citrate, is used for female infertility. You may find in various strengths and substitutes with various strengths and should be given on prescription only. Consult your doctor for dosage and time.
Females are advised to take Siphene 50 mg at a fixed time as timing of the tablet is the most important factor. You may take it with or without food. It raises the chances of conception in infertile Women. It is not recommended for the children, adolescents below 18 yrs and for women after menopause.
How Much Of The Siphene 50 Mg (Clomiphene / Clomifene) to Be Used:
Patients are always advised to follow their doctor’s prescriptions and instructions to take Siphene 50 mg. one tablet per day as to be taken for 5 days.
How To Take The Siphene 50 Mg (Clomiphene / Clomifene):
Siphene 50 mg dose should be taken at a fixed time with or without food or as directed by your doctor. Swallow the whole tablet with water without chewing or crushing the tablet.
For How Long Should You Continue Using Siphene 50 Mg (Clomiphene / Clomifene):
Patients are always advised to take Siphene 50 mg as prescribed by your doctor. Do not start/stop using this medicine yourself. You are not advised to take it more than 5 days at once.
Overdose:
Contact your doctor or reach nearby medical facility immediately if you are suspecting the overdose symptoms like Intermenstrual bleeding, enlarged ovaries, vomiting, breast discomfort, etc.
Do not give your medicine to anybody nearby you even if she is having similar symptoms. Keep your medicines out of reach from family members and children.
Missed Dose:
Take every dose of Siphene 50 mg regularly but for 5 days at once. But if you missed your dose once, take the tablet as soon as possible and do not double the medicine to make up for missed dose in next dosage time. You need to consult your doctor if you missed more than one dose.
Discuss with your doctor if you have taken these tablets 3 times with no success
