People with a history of low platelet count, liver damage or kidney problems need to inform this to the doctor before taking this medicine. Side Effects

Possible side effects of Sepmax-800 include allergic reactions such as swelling, itching and difficulty in breathing. The others include tightness in chest, irregular heartbeat, mood swings, stomach cramps, tremors, headache, fever chills, vomiting, nausea, dark purple colored patches on the skin, lower back pain, vaginal irritation and increased hunger.

Interaction with other drugs

Some medicines might interact with Sepmax-800 such as anticoagulants, dofetilide, pyrimethamine, amantadine, antidepressenants, cyclosporine and angiotensin converting enzymes. To prevent any such reactions from occurring, make sure that you inform your doctor about all those medicines that you take or have taken in the recent past.
