Sorafenat is
an anti-cancer drug used as a chemotherapeutic medicine. This medicine is used
to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer, radioactive
iodine resistant advanced thyroid carcinoma and advanced primary liver cancer.

it works?
Sorafenat works by
interfering with growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. This medicine
blocks protein kinases and stops the cancer cells from forming blood vessels
required for their growth.

Sorafenib is a Tyrosine
Kinase Inhibitor and Angiogenesis Inhibitor. This medicine interferes with the
signaling mechanism of enzymes and thus slows down the growth of cancer cells
considerably.
