SERETIDE DISKUS - 50 MCG / 100 MCG

This drug is a combination of Salmeterol Xinafoate and fluticasone propionate. The drug helps in preventing lungs disorder, Asthma, bronchitis and chronic disorders related to pulmonary glands. The medicine is very effective in controlling all the painful effects of asthma, such as improper breathing, wheezing and so on. Salmeterol and Fluticasone help restrict lungs with the help of a chemical that opens the contracted tubes.

How it works?

SERETIDE DISKUS is composed of Salbutamol that helps in releasing the contracted bronchioles.  Salbutamol triggers the beta 2 receptors, which makes all the airways muscles from trachea to terminal bronchioles free from conjunction. In addition, this also puts a check on the production of inflammatory cell that causes the problem. The medicine helps in releasing constricted bronchioles and facilitates clear breathing. 

Important information about Salmeterol

One should not take the medicine if they are allergic to any of the composing ingredients. In addition, people who are suffering from heart problems, have Myocardial insufficiency and pregnant women should also avoid use of this drug. What if you miss a dose?

In case you miss the dose, then skip it and take the next dose on time. Never make the mistake to double up the dose to compensate the missed one.
