You should not take Lipicard-AV Tablet if you:

• Clarithromycin

• Erythromycin

• Azithromycin

• Atazanavir

• Cyclosporine

This medicine also interacts with disease conditions like:

• Cognitive Impairment

• Diabetes

• Rhabdomyolysis

• Grapefruit juice should be avoided during this medicine course as it may give side effects such as: Fever, Chills, Muscle Pain, Nausea and Weakness, Skin Rash, etc.

• Close monitoring of renal function is recommended in patients taking this medicine due to the increased risk of elevated serum creatinine levels. 

• This medicine should be used with utmost care due to the risk of a decrease in the hemoglobin, hematocrit, and white blood cell counts while taking this medicine.

• It is not recommended for use in children
