Enalapril which is an ACE (Angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitor drug. This
drug is used primarily for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
and other heart ailments such as congestive heart failure and to improve the
chances of survival after a heart attack. It is also prescribed for the
treatment of a kind of disorder of the ventricles (lower chamber of the heart
which is responsible for blood to flow out of the heart). Such kind of disorder

information about Enalapril
You should not take
Enalapril (Vasotec, Enapril) medicine, if you are allergic to it or any of its
ingredients. Do not consider it in use if you have ever had angioedema, or if
you had an allergy with ACE inhibitor drugs such as ramipril, captopril,
fosinopril, benazepril, moexipril, and others. To obtain the maximum benefits
from this drug, inform your doctor about following conditions if you may have:
congestive heart failure, kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis), liver
disease, diabetes, or a history of blood clot or stroke. If you have diabetes

Excessive sweating, diarrhea or vomiting may cause loss of
too much water in the body and it increases the risks of dehydration and
