How
it works
Budecort respule 1 mg per
2 ml contains an active ingredient namely Budesonide. When used on regular
basis, it helps preventing the disease of asthma. It prevents inflammation in
the lungs and reduces the asthma effects. It also opens the narrow ones
breathing passage in the lungs.
Important
information about Budesonide
It is available in
capsule form, so it needs to be swallowed. Don’t chew or split it. You will get
the fruitful results after a period 3 months. Keep visiting the doctor on
regular basis for the better improvements. If you are pregnant, got done with
the dental or any other surgery or any of your family members is having
diabetes don’t take this medicine or tell the doctor beforehand about it. If
you are taking this medicine you should avoid taking grapefruit juice because,
it may double the chances of increasing the problem.
Dosage

For adults, it is
recommended to take 9 mg of medicine once daily. It should be take in the
morning at the same time of regular basis for 8 weeks. Also, follow the
instructions mentioned on the label. Its effects are visible within 24 hours.
This medicine can weaken the immune system especially in the case of children.
It is not recommended for the children below the age of 6 years.
